A ground-breaking architect, Yannay began developing digital methods for architectural design already in the 1970s, alongside a design theory based on genetic models. The exhibition presents his many projects\u2014among them the Israel Oceanographic and Limnological Research Center and Beit Halochem, both in Haifa\u2014as well as his theories.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition also features contemporary work that further investigates the topic \u201cArchitecture and Genetics\u201d today, including the ICD project Integrated Urban Morphologies (F. Krampe &amp; C. Voss, Institute for Computational Design, 2011).
